Grand Old Day - 2005| Thursday, May 12, 2005
All Zetes are called to the annual Grand Old Day extravaganza on June 5th. The parade begins at 10:30. We expect to walk down fifteen minutes or so before that to elbow ourselves a good spot at the corner of Lexington and Grand. If you need an eye-opener, you’ll want to count backwards from there to plan your arrival at 201 S Lexington Parkway (just north of St. Clair). We should still have good on-street parking at that hour.

Most of the folks will take a walk down after the parade, but some will head back to the house to entertain the lazy and sore footed. Free shuttle busses will run on Summit. As always, there will be plenty of food and drink. If the night is nice enough, we may set up a movie outside. Let’s hope the karaoke machine stays safely stored away.
