Homecoming II| Wednesday, October 15, 2003
Brothers, it is time.
Even though our perfect season has been ruined by Michigan (and Mason's insistence on playing a 3-8 against the pass), we'll still have a winning season. We also have a lock on a bowl, and roses aren't out of the picture yet. So a celebration is called for.
For a third year in a row, the TAZ Club will sponsor breakfast at the house before the homecoming parade on November 1st. For the second year, we'll do it in conjunction with the TKEs. It was pretty good last year; they're good folk and we all had fun.
The alumni office thinks the game is at 1:00pm. We just called the ticket office, and they say the time hasn't been set. So, your guess is as good as ours. If it ends up being a late afternoon or night game, we'll switch the menu to brats or burgers. It'll work out. Trust us.
We'll need some help flipping whatever it is we're cooking, and some with cleanup. 3 or 4 guys for an hour each should do, since the TKEs will be working too. Any volunteers?
Update: October 31
9:30 - breakfast at Zeta Psi (1829 University Ave...) is pancakes, sausage, milk, coffee, OJ.
11:00 - parade.
All are welcome. Tim's minivan will be in the lot for storage & dispensation of "special spices." O.J. can be flavorless early in the a.m.
